Shenhua coal terminal is the Tianjin Shenhua Group under the coal wharf, Shenhua Group has rich reserves, good quality, scientific management, advanced technology, efficiency and benefit is outstanding the largest mining area, has a stable and growing market demand both at home and abroad, to ensure that the domestic market coal supply and expand China's coal exports have significant influence.This paper first reviews the definitions of risk and risk evaluation method research of dynamic, and briefly introduces the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, with a view to study the Shenhua Coal Wharf in Tianjin risk assessment model theory; according to the coal terminal operation process analysis of the effect of Shenhua coal terminal to Tianjin factors.According to the Shenhua coal terminal operation Tianjin risk characteristics, through combing the literature data, and consulting relevant experts in the field, the effect of Shenhua coal terminal of Tianjin risk factors for terminal configuration factors, natural factors, environmental factors and management factors.In this paper, the Shenhua Coal Wharf building Tianjin risk evaluation index system (level indices 4, two and 14 indicators in level), as for Shenhua coal terminal of Tianjin risk assessment based.
