Study Of Financial Repression And Countermeasures Of Yancheng's Rural Finance

The "Three Agriculture Problems" issue is always concerned by China. The financial support which is provided by rural finance is the premise of the strategic objectives, and the strategic objectives are to achieve income farmers, agricultural development and rural stability. When established a clear division of labor, functional complementarity and financial bodies and a wide range of rural financial system, then it is of great significance for increasing the effective supply of rural finance, accelerating agricultural and rural economic development.In this paper, Yancheng's rural financial repression is considered as a research object. Learning the theory of financial development, institutional economics, macroeconomics and other related disciplines, we study some systematic analysises of Yancheng's rural financial repression and the development of the status quo. Then we point out that the issues and formation of the root causes of problems about the financial repression in Yancheng. Furthermore after learning some successful practices and experiences coming from foreign countries' the rural financial system, we combine the current Yancheng's socialist new rural construction on the actual requirements of rural finance and put forward some policy recommendations and measures about the financial repression problem in Yancheng's rural financial.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction which includes evidence and research topics of significance; literature review of existing research and the existing shortcomings; what is expected to achieve, the research methodology and framework papers. In the issue of Chinese rural financial repression status quo diagnostic studies, firstly the Chinese rural financial repression theory are explained and reviewed. Then the Chinese rural financial repression development process and the status quo are summed up, followed by the analysis which pointed out that the rural financial supply and demand problems and the root cause of the problem. Secondly we analyze the effects caused by the demand change and supply insufficiency of rural finance in Yancheng city. Based on the survey of the agriculture's development in Yancheng city, we point out the status quo of the rural finance repression in Yancheng city. In these analysis, it includes the types and features of the main body on demand and supply. According to the rural finance's supply aspect and demand aspect, we not only analysize the issues on the Yancheng's rural finance based on these two aspects, but also explain these questions' root causes. Finally, drawing some references from the theory of foreign rural financial development together with the status quo of our rural financial repression, we propose some countermeasures on the basis of supply aspect and demand aspect of Yancheng's rural financial repression respectively.
