Research on sports traveling present situation in Hangzhou and Ningbo, proposes the development strategy, it has very vital practical significance to prosperous the city economies to Hangzhou and Ningbo.Based on the spectrum (RMP) analysis theory, the first two of the hangyong sports tourism resources system investigation. But the sports tourist resources rate of exploitation Hangzhou and Ningbo is low, the development of sports traveling scenic areas are few, overall, the development degree is not high, it still has big development opportunities. (3) The present situation of sports tourist in Hangzhou and Ningbo is:The channels tourists gain information and the travelers' motives are diversification, they love sports traveling, but it has big disparity with the actual participation. The sports traveling expenditure accounts for the proportion which the traveling overall expends is low, the public sports items become tourist's first choice.
