Study On Financial Innovation On The Impact Of Corporate Investment And Financing Decisions In China

With the development of society, the status of enterprise in the national economy becomes more and more important. For the sustainable development of enterprises, it is necessary to carry out investment and financing activities. But there are lots of problems in enterprise investment and financing activity at present, such as blind investment, low efficient, signal channel financing, not balanced financing way and so on. Therefore the choice and management and financing decisions become the necessary need for enterprise development. And financial innovation could be a basis for investment and financing decisions.Based on this context, a evaluation of financial innovation affect of enterprise investment and financing decisions has been established in this thesis, which provides the basis for enterprise investment and financing decision.On the basis of predecessors' achievements, financial innovation affect of enterprise investment and financing decisions has been studied from four aspects such as financial instruments, financial business, financial system and financial markets. According to these four aspects an evaluation system of financial innovation affect of enterprise investment and financing decisions has been established.The affect of financial innovation on enterprise investment and financing decisions has been researched from the point of view of the enterprise in the thesis. The analysis result showed that financial innovation has affect on enterprise investment and financing decisions in some extent. Based on this point, according to the problems accrue during enterprise investment and financing process, some financial innovation countermeasures for enterprise development were put forward, and these could be the theory basis for enterprise investment and financing decisions.
