This paper based on the theory of network marketing and performance evaluation, takes Z corporation as the object of study, collects data by Delphi method and business research method, completed the work of Z corporation's performance evaluation by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the Fuzzy Evaluation.First of all, this paper based on the status of network marketing, clarified its background and significance, fixed on its studying items, methods and innovation. Second, it based on empirical studies and clarified the definition, connotation and the model of network marketing, established an integrative network marketing performance evaluation index system. Third, this paper established an integrative network marketing performance evaluation index system that suits Z Corporation, considered the status of Z Corporation. The last, this paper completed the work of Z Corporation's performance evaluation by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Fuzzy Evaluation. This paper ascertained the weight of all levels of index by the way of AHP. Then, based on the Fuzzy Evaluation, it completed the multilayer fuzzy performance to Z Corporation.
