| For a long time the establishment of transportation system of our country is based on national economy-strategic development, according to macro planning of our country and government, and it is a type of "Planned" management. In recent years, along with the rapid development of our national economy and market-oriented, especially accessing information society with the feature such as high speed, fast pace and high efficiency, transport demand gradually appears to diversity and complication. Such feature increases conflicts between supply and demand, and decreases efficiency of transport. Therefore, existing transport mechanisms cannot adapt to the development of socio-economic.For this condition, this paper establishes a theory of an equilibrium-optimization on the basis of market regulating social transport structure. Firstly, according to the information platform which information society provides and such feature as high speed, fast pace and high efficiency which mechanisms of market forces provides, it establishes a set of index system including economy, convenience and safety. Secondly, according to the index system, it calculates transport demand structure based on gray correlation and multi-attribute decision model. Finally, it optimizes transport supply structure based on the model. Not only structure optimization model can exam resources among various modes of transportation whether to meet the changes of demand, but also can direct supply structure to adapt to changes of market-demand structure gradually and reach resource optimization among different modes of transportation.In this paper, transport structure of Shanxi province is proposed as the research object. It introduces related dates between the year of 2005 and 2008, and test the balance model dynamically. We use such structure optimization model to continuously adjust the transport structure to meet the needs of social demand, promote industrial upgrading and improve the economic benefits. |
