In group decision making, decision makers often give values of the properties to each alternative with their own preference information after studying and judgement. How to choose the best alternative scientifically and objectively according to values of the properties given by experts with their own preference information, reflecting the collective will of the group of experts, is a question worthy of further study. In this regard the following research was conducted.(1) An approach of uniform for the following different ten types of the existing preference information is obtained:real number utility values, preference orderings, reciprocal judgment matrix and complementary judgment matrix, interval number utility values, interval number complementary judgment matrix, fuzzy number utility values, intuitionistic fuzzy judgment matrix, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy judgment matrix and linguistic variable utility values. A group decision making process is provided to integrate the ten types of different preference information and a numerical example about emergency plans is used to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.(2) For the multi_alternative and multi_attribute group decision making problem, the entropy of attribute evaluated values is used as a measurement of data stability, then the objective weights of attributes are determined through their entropies according to the positive relationship between data stability and attribute weights based on the same alternative and attributes but different decision-makers. Integrated subjective weight of attribute is obtained on the basis of the stability of evaluated values of subjective weights given by group decision-makers and average value of them. Then a method and procedures integrating decision-makers' weight, objective and subjective weight of attribute are proposed. Finally, an example is put forward to testify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method.(3) An entropy model of multi-attribute group decision making based on different preference information is established and it is applied to sulfuric acid manufacturer in the selection of cleaner production alternative. The results show that the method is scientific and practical. |
