21st century is by all means the internet era. In recent years, thanks to the fast-growing internet industry, online shopping has become more and more popular to Chinese consumers. As the number of consumers goes up significantly, this new shopping style is penetrating every corner of our daily life.In terms of clothing products, there is no argument that women are tireless shoppers. Despite hesitation and concern about uncertainties brought by non-face-to-face contact, they are more likely to try the massive variety of online shopping. A large number of women start to fill their wardrobes with online bought dresses. Therefore, electronic commercial retail market is experiencing an incredible potential increase.This article carried out a thoroughly research designed for female buyers from all walks of life. By compiling different factors, for instance, their reasons, attitudes, preferred shopping styles towards internet stores, the article analysed women's typical consumer behavior while calculated their satisfaction data to finalise the consumer requirement and influence factors against online clothing shopping. Based on the research, the article proposed a solution to address issues in clothing shopping process and concerns from female buyers or non experienced female buyers. Finally, the article proposed several outstanding online marketing strategies that could be used as practical references and guidance for internet retailers both in improvement of daily business and service standard in female's clothing online shopping. |
