Specialized market in china since the origin of 1980s develops rapidly. The requirement for modern circulation organization in commodity trading of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the pursuit of saving on transaction costs make the specialized market transaction have emerged. As a part of the circulation industry, specialized market belongs to business services. Services need a high degree of sensitivity for customers and market, demand to have the ability to quick respond to the market, and relatively flexible management mechanism. However, the evaluation system for specialized market's service quality has not yet been effectively established. Scholars at home and abroad mainly evaluate and measure the service quality of general businesses and industries, while domestic specialized market matures lately, few scholars study the service quality of the specialized market. The management and service explore individually, lack of empirical and theoretical support the research about service quality of specialized market, a lack of universal application. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the Chinese specialized market, exploratory constructing up a set of suitable service quality evaluation system has been an important subject of enhancing the management and service level of specialized market in the current.This paper based on the theory of service quality perception, making use of SERVQUAL quality evaluation model, according to unique characteristics of Chinese specialized market, through dissecting Haining leather city for the typical sample of specialized market, explores and analyses related factors of service quality for high dimensions, and tests its related degree. On this foundation, this paper establishes a set of suitable service quality index system and evaluation model. Finally, we test its applicability by using the typical sample.The innovation of this paper mainly reflects in this point: exploratory designing aimed at specialized market service quality evaluation index system and evaluation model, and testing its applicability by using the typical sample. The evaluation of service quality is not a new field of study. Many previous scholars have laid a firm theoretical foundation and constantly deepen empirical results. At the same time, few scholars at home and abroad study specialized market's service quality, and research the development of specialized market in micro market management's angle. On the basis of typical sample's analysis, structured service quality evaluation index system and evaluation model which is suitable for general specialized market has the certain innovation.
