But also the Securities Company as fiduciary asset management services provider is facing more competition from other brokerages, banks, insurance, trusts, funds and other financial institutions. Nowadays the income from the traditional brokerage business is gradually shrinking, so the development of fiduciary asset management services to develop new sources of revenue has become the securities company's important choice, so that to improve their competitiveness in the future.In this thesis, through the case company-ZH securities companies' asset management services, it sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the ZH Securities' fiduciary asset management service business with the application of the SWOT model. Basing on that, the thesis designed the ZH securities assets management business from the aspects of products' innovative design, organizational restructure, innovation and risk control system with the application of the theory of financial innovation and finally design there main types of fiduciary asset management product for the ZH guaranteed securities investment company:inflation-proofing based fiduciary asset management products, balanced funds entrusted asset management products, integrated cooperative asset management products. Considering these innovations, the thesis gave for a series of recommendations for the ZH company's organizational structure to optimize the function of the new fiduciary asset management product. Moreover, the thesis design a risk control system from five major aspects:the control environment, risk assessment, communication, control measures, monitoring in order to ensure the healthy development of ZH securities company's fiduciary asset management services. The result of the thesis enhance the market competitiveness of ZH securities companies, also for domestic-related securities, the thesis provided innovative scientific reference template on carrying out asset management services.
