Research Of Motivation Scheme Based On Cost Control

With the RMB exchange rate continues to rise, the higher Labor's costs and international competition intensifies, the cost becomes more and more critical aspect for enterprise, cost control has become the key part of enterprise management. Traditional cost control method is mainly to reduce the individual cost, the modern cost control method is focus on the enterprise value chain and restructuring, from the process of resources optimum combination, and value chain restructuring, employees motivation has become an important tools to control the cost.This thesis first introduced the cost control and the related concepts and motivation theory, enterprise cost control method, this thesis expounds the role of employees motivation in the cost control; secondly, from a single cost control project and comprehensive cost control in the design of employees motivation schemes; at last it express company A as a sample, to introduces the implementation and result of the motivation scheme.
