Logistics Finance is the product of the combination of financial services and logistics services.The context include the rapid development of logistics industry , the rapid development of small and medium enterprises, the pursuit of supply chain business,"win-win"goal and innovation awareness of financial institutions. Its appearance provides us a new thinking way and new implementation method for the central region. It has some theoretical and practical significance.
