As the deepen of economic globalization development and the strengthen of China's Economic strength, China's enterprises began to actively develop foreign direct investment. China government supports and encourages the development of various types of enterprises qualified foreign trade, and actively participate in global competition. In the new century, the startup of CAFTA has been the global focus. For China's enterprises, the direct investment by China enterprises in ASEAN has enormous development potential no matter from investment space or investment value. In this context, China's enterprises in ASEAN countries, the rapid development of investment, business investment in Southeast Asia becoming a key region in China.Through a combination of theory and practice, from the perspective of investment patterns, investment theory as a relevant basis, for example, Lifan Group. Analyzed the need for enterprises to invest in ASEAN countries, feasibility, current situation and problems, and further analysis yielded cause of the problem, the last question and the reasons for the proposed countermeasures to the Lifan Group, to invest in ASEAN countries to provide some valuable suggestions. Along the way, drawing on the basis of previous studies, this paper is organized as follows: ChapterⅠ, introduction, background and significance of the study will be described; ChapterⅡ, The theory on the basis of direct investment in ASEAN to introduce foreign investment and foreign scholars with the review theory, the Chinese enterprises to invest in its guidance for the ASEAN countries, the initial investment of Chinese enterprises revealed the need for ASEAN countries ,reveals the need to lay the theoretical starting point of this study, analysis of this study theoretical and practical significance. ChapterⅢ, following the analysis of ChapterⅡ, specifically from the actual situation of Lifan Group, to further analysis, including analysis of multi-angle Lifan Group's direct investment in ASEAN countries, the status, problems and causes; Basis of the analysis in ChapterⅢ, we will redesign and optimize Lifan Group in the fourth chapter of the direct investment in ASEAN model, in order to achieve a more realistic effect; Finally, We will make recommendations of the new investment model supporting measures should be taken to support the implementation of this new model.This breakthrough in the current study only the direct investment of Chinese enterprises in ASEAN to study a particular aspect of the limitations of direct investment by the relevant theory, based on a representative specific to direct investment in ASEAN business case analysis In the analysis on the basis of this enterprise, and then re-model their investment optimization and design of the research is not only just for the Lifan Group, guide foreign investment, for many of our direct investment in ASEAN enterprises, there are some reference and reference value.
