| With the development of the domestic economy, China's crude oil consumption has fast growth, while the domestic crude oil transportion market has great development. Petrochina International Dalian Co., Ltd. (PIDL) was established in 2002, which is the largest trade branch in the Northeast of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC). PIDL has great superiority in the market of sales and storage of the crude oil, but never intervents the domestic crude oil transportation market which closely related the market of sales and storage of the crude oil.
