Additional Options Of A Bank Credit Loans In Medium And Small Enterprises

SMEs are an important component to promote SME development in the economic and social development in China. SMEs'development is to maintain stable and rapid economic development an important basis for the livelihood and social stability is a major strategic task. Because the small size of SMEs, business development and the survival time is not long, leading to weak anti-risk ability, outstanding problems of SMEs in China is the common problem of financing. Thus, SMEs can obtain financing to support the successful development and growth is the key factor.Face the problem of financing small and medium enterprises, commercial banks and other financial institutions in the restructuring and business process reengineering process, continue to increase financing channels for SMEs in innovation, research banking products for SMEs, business process and risk control methods, with suitable products, simple procedures and effective risk control measures and lower business costs, lending support to SMEs.Thus, the A Bank launched SMEs credit business, and actively explore a new model for SME credit loans, commercial banks and SMEs in order to achieve healthy development of docking, which can largely alleviate the problem of financing SMEs, but also promote China's commercial banks by leaps and bounds.Firstly, combined with theoretical analysis, this paper analyses the necessity and importance of Chinese commercial Banks to develop SMEs credit business.Secondly, Based on this status of the A Bank SMEs credit, this paper discusses the current financing difficulty, the characteristics and the causes. Finally, according to the status, we proposed design of additional options of A Bank credit loans in SMEs system design and implementation measures.
