Research On The Promotion Scheme And Security Measures Of Agricultural Informationization In Tonghua

Agriculture is the base of countries. And the agricultural informationization is a multiplier of agricultural development. It can drive the development of industrialization and agricultural modernization and speed up the process of modernization.With the advent of information age and the development of the industrialization of agriculture, agricultural information needs have become increasingly prominent. The growing need of high degree of sharing agricultural information resources and the construction of agriculture information attracts national attention. State leaders have repeatedly proposed to accelerate the pace of construction of agricultural information, and to realize "three simultaneous" of industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization, which provides great policy opportunities for the construction of Tonghua's agricultural informationization. Many experts have done a certain amount of studies on how to promote construction of agricultural informationization. It is a long and arduous task, while different regions have their own unique character, so a deeply study on Tonghua City's agricultural informationizational construction with their actual is in need.In recent years, Tonghua's agricultural informationization obtained brilliant achievements. It has formed agricultural information networks, linking with networks of the China's Agricultural Information, town, county, township, village and local leading agricultural enterprise. However, there is scarce information resources, uneven information distribution, poor information applicability, weak infrastructure constructions, weak information awareness and other problems in Tonghua's agricultural informationization, so it needs to be further promoted.In this study, we comprehensively use the Investigation and Analysis, System Theory and other scientific methods. Firstly, we study the affecting factors of agricultural informationization, and establish the agricultural information system model. Secondly, we analyse the status, results and problems of Tonghua's agricultural informational construction. Finally, based on the influencing factors of agricultural informationization and the actual situation, we propose a targeted program to promote Tonghua's agricultural informationization and its relative safeguard measures.This study is strongly practical and operable in practice. It can not only give practical references to Tonghua's agricultural informationizatonal construction, but also provides references to agricultural informationizatonal construction of other regions and the whole country. It has important value for academic study and practical application.
