Study On The Agricultural Sustainable Development Strategy Of The Qianxia Lake

The Qianxia lake (formerly known as Tankeng reservoirs) is an important project in the "five billion" project of Zhejiang provincial committee and government, is the second largest hydropower station after Xin'anjiang's power construction projects, and is the largest supported in Lishui after the Jinhua-Wenzhou railway. The reserved water in the Qianxia lake of April 29,2009 mark a major beginning of reservoir construction shift to the lakes building. In the new historical starting point, base on investigation of the natural conditions of Qianxia Lakes'geography, meteorology, hydrology, soil, vegetation and so on and the status of regional economic and social development, this paper advance the guidelines, regional location, target system and strategic security of the sustainable development of agriculture on the Qianxia lake to provide the reference of economic and social scientific development in the section of lake.Guidelines:With the scientific concept of development as guidance, the theory of sustainable development as basis and based on the reality of lake resources, environment and development of economic and social, and according to the general requirements of building a "harmonious Zhejiang ", "Green Zhejiang", the ecological environment is improved to protect the lakes'ecological security, the Characteristic industry of agriculture and forestry is revitalizated to promote the lake regional economy development and the tourism industry is developed to promotes the upgrading of industrial structure. Then the region of Qianxia Lake is built a new lake region with beautiful ecological environment, the people live and work and economic and social development.Regional Location:Based on the actual of lake, the ecosystem shields function of the lake in the construction of Oujiang River is played to ensuring ecological security. Developed the regional lake of ecological economy, the regional lake is built to the new ecological and economic development center of the mountainous area of southern Zhejiang. From the height of narrow regional disparities and build a harmonious society, the region lake is built to a model of the new village construction in less developed areas of Zhejiang Province.Target system:Ecological constructions as carrier protect the regional ecological security.
