| Forest Right Mortgage Loan means the farmers set forth in the ownership of forest land and forest use rights as collateral for loans to new varieties. The loan business innovation not only breaks the traditional concept of rural credit and the shackles of the traditional model, and provides a new way to solve the lack of money of farmers and forestry, but also create conditions for financial institutions to construct a new socialist countryside. At present, the research of Forest Right Mortgage Loan is mostly qualitative analysis, but the empirical analysis of Forest Right Mortgage Loan For farmers demand is few. Therefore, this article selects six counties in Zhejiang Province as the study sites, and employs the empirical analysis method to research the various factors which affect the demand behaviors of peasant's household for Forest Right Mortgage Loan.Firstly, this article describes the situation of Forest Right Mortgage Loan in Zhejiang province. Then, the data obtained on field research of 6 counties in Zhejiang province will be carried out descriptive statistical analysis. Finally, peasant's households'demand of Forest Right Mortgage Loan will be analyzed empirically by Probit model and Tobit model. The results show that demand for Forest Right Mortgage Loan is mainly affected by age of household head, labor force, the limitation of loan uses, household spending, forestry revenues accounted for the proportion of the total family income.Based on the above analysis, the Reform of collective forest rights should be improved by strengthening the policy advocacy, polishing lending policies, improving the relative policies about Forest Right Mortgage Loan, creating new lending mode, speeding up the construction of social security system. |
