China costume has built up a series of facilities for developing and enhancing the economic activities with other nations by now. Related law and policies have been signed already in case of improving international business between nations. A-type bonded logistics center is a corporation which allowed by China costume, operated by legal person in border of China, specially using in inventory storage under the monitoring of costume. In the international trade, due to goods delivery usually needs several weeks by transportation, this thesis is based on the theory of lead time about inventory control, in another way, it means A-type bonded logistics center needs to control stock of higher level.Inventory is very important for logistics activities in the daily business of any corporation. This thesis is based on the lead time of multi-item jointed inventory control model, and would like to adopt this theory to solve the instance from company B. According to the related basic data of import parts collected and the theory described in the thesis, program to solve the model by MATLAB. On the assumption of the minimum total cost, by programming, we can get the certain part and the corresponding optimal lead time. Also we can conclude as following,1. Divide the different lead time to arrange the parts order.According to the different lead time, sort the parts into different orders. The parts which have the same lead time should be ordered together, and so forth. All of parts adopted this way of ordering, simplify the order process and increase the ordering efficiency of company B;2. Confirm the optimal lead time.Based on the different parts corresponding with mk, we can calculate the optimal lead time L*( m1…mk) by considered the mathematical expectation of the monthly minimum total cost, and solve the optimal quantities of the certain part. Referred to the optimal lead time company B arranges the multi-item jointed ordering reasonable; mkL? ( m1 , , mk)3. Confirm the optimal value of the monthly total costWhen we get the value of mk, the optimal lead time L*( m1…mk) and the different optimal order quantities Qi, program in MATLAB to generate minimum of EATC ( L,m1…mk ) , which is the result of the model as mentioned. By solving the optimal lead time, A-type bonded logistic center can control and manage the inventory in the way of multi-item jointed ordering parts which have the same lead time. When the less parts to be ordered, this method will save the order time, economize the order cost, and decrease the trouble of order continually. In the competition, the corporation will take the lead and achieve the opportunities in strategy by using this method. According to the self-condition, corporation advisably adopt this method in controlling the inventory management in the international trade.
