Lean Production Process In The Application Of The Engine In Gear Production

The economy of China is going into a health and high speed development phase after through 30 years'accumulation of reform and opening, our country'industrial total productive values firstly surpassed Japan and stood in the second position in the world in 2010. The industrial add value was 7720 billions in 2005 year, but it increased to 16000 billions in 2010 year and added one multiple just in 5 years. Our industrial productive value came from the fourth to the second position from 2005 to 2010 year. Our country owned 220 varieties industrial product, and their productive capacity is the No1 at more than 500 varieties industrial product of the world. Despite that, we still face the heavy competitive pressure and it becomes more and more strict that our low cost gradually get into unobvious, especially the advantage of workforce resource is going to depression. It becomes more important to improve the advantage of management and decrease the gap between the world's developed corporations and us, and the perfect production offers an abundant resource for us in this aspect.Lean production pays attention to eliminate waste in enterprises, It is a complete set of mature management system and has management idea and method of its own, applying the equalization and JIT production method, pulling the way to organize the progress ,taking screen seeing indicator ,shortening the adjusting time by quick replacing mold to fully adapt to variety of small batch production which can obtain the market competition advantage.
