In recent years, People have been concerned about China's income distribution. Since the reform and opening, economic of China has growth faster. However, income's growth has lagged far behind economic growth. Income gap expanded between regional and different social groups. In this context, It is necessary to analyze the regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP and it is very important to know the reasons for the decline in Labor compensation share of regional GDP.In this paper, the regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP are studyed from theoretical and empirical aspects to find the statistical regularity.In theoretical aspect, various factors on the labor compensation share of GDP are analyzed; In empirical aspect, the regional differences in labor compensation share of GDP are described firstly, the trend of regional differences in labor compensation share of GDP are studyed secondly, the reasons for regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP are analyzed and the statistical regularity of regional differences in labor compensation share of GDP are studied Finally.Article are consist of six parts. The first chapter is the introduction of the paper, it describes the background and the purpose the paper. The second chapter is the review. The third chapter is the theoretical analysis,it analyzes various factors on the labor compensation share of GDP. The fourth chapter is the Statistical Analysis,it analyze the regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP and the reasons for the decline in Labor compensation share of regional GDP. The fifth chapter is the econometric analysis,it analyzes the reasons for regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP and the statistical regularity of regional differences in labor compensation share of GDP. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the issue witch will be studied further. Several conclusions are obtained in this paper.firstly,The regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP are significant.Sencondly, The regional differences in labor compensation share of GDP is shrinking. Thirdly, Industrial structure,level of opening, technological progress and the level of economic development are the reason for the regional differences in Labor compensation share of GDP. finally, although China's share of labor compensation in GDP will be falling, it will reach a turning point.when the per capita capital stock is over sixteen thousands.
