Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Ecological Forest In Shanghai Jinshan

With the deteriorating ecological environment, the ecological publicwelfare forest as a forest as part of its role is increasingly being fullyreflected in the Public Welfare Forest Construction to become an importantpart of the forestry ecology construction has become an effective barrier toprotect the ecological security. However, how to scientifically and reasonablycarry out the construction of ecological public welfare forest? To understandhow to determine it where the community structure is reasonable and thefunction is efficient is involved in the scientific problems to theimplementation of the ecological public welfare forest, such a great andsystematic engineering project. The comprehensive evaluation based onscientific and rational evaluation index system of urban ecological forest canprovide a scientific basis for urban forest planning, which is the current focusof attention of people.Jinshan District forestry development focuses on forestry construction and ecological protection, sticks to eco-green forestry road of sustainabledevelopment. In this study, I take ecological economics, public goods and"3E"evaluation theory as the theory basis and construct a set of JinshanDistrict as an example the ecological public welfare forest comprehensiveevaluation system. In addition, with the help of the established evaluationmanagement platform of the ecological public welfare forest, I make anexampled evaluation of the ecological public welfare forest in JinshanDistrict. The basic framework of ecological public welfare assessment systemin Jinshan District includes the11specific indicators of the three categoriesof ecological public welfare forest structure, forest function and forestcoordination. The index weights and the index value from the measuredsurveys, statistics, or related information. The evaluation results show that theecological public welfare forest in Jinshan District, the comprehensiveevaluation index (FI) is0.6382and the index value is0.62. The status valueof the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological public welfare is in ClassII standard. Jinshan District needs to further increase the construction ofecological public welfare, play the ecology of the forest protection andconservation of biological diversity, to build a well-functioning forestecological network system.
