Risk Evaluation Of Tecnology Investment In Medium And Small Sized High-tech Enterprises

SMEs take up great majority of enterprises in China,as an important part of SMEs,medium and small sized high-tech enterprises are the main power for ecnomicdevelopment and tecnology innovation.Besides,sound development of medium and smallsized high-tech enterprises also influences full employment,sciety's stabilization andhigh-tech industry.Technology investment is brisk in China,via which,more and moremedium and small sized high-tech enterprises are becoming stronger.What's more, It hasalso been presenting more and more important role in promoting developments ofnational competitive power.However, technology investment is a rapier. It exists high risk and lots ofuncertainties when medium and small sized high-tech enterprises implement technologyinvestment because of the actual characteristics of them and technology investment.Medium and small sized high-tech enterprises which are originally weak will becomemore fragile or even go bankruptcy absolutely if technology investment fails.So riskevaluation becomes extremely necessary and important. Based on the actual conditionsand characteristics of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises, this paper analysesrisk factors comprehensivly and constructs comprehensive risk evaluation index systemof technology investment,which enhances the validity and practicality of risk evaluation.The weight of risk factors are determined through fuzzy consistent matrix method afterreorder the importances of them.It also builds the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modelof tecnology investment by applying fuzzy math method. Besides,this paper vertifies thevalidity and practicality of the evaluation index system and model through an empiricalanalysis.It provides a theoretical reference for decision-making and boosts the missionsuccess rate of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises to implement technologyinvestment.
