After joining the WTO, with the further growth of the new system of market economy, status and role of the private economy gradually improved. In this process, the private economy will gradually become the main force of the national economy. The development of private economy is conducive to establishing a socialist market economy mechanism as soon as possible; arranging more labor force; changing the state of the local landscape, and enhancing local economic strength; making people richer and achieving common prosperity. Private economy is the most potential and the most promising parts for China's economic development. In the next 10-20 years, the basic trend and pace of China's economic development will depend primarily on the development of private economy, therefore, to achieve sustained and rapid economic development, it must be hard to resolve the continuing rapid development of private economy issues.This article is tightly about the promotion of healthy development of China's private economy and the fundamental thrust of sustainable development, a comprehensive definition of the scientific concepts of private economy, based on the theory of institutional change with China's reform and opening up the basic problem of private economic development, the system reviewed and summarized the private economy in China since reform and opening up the development process, development model and its evolution trend, objectively and comprehensively reviewed the status and role of China's private economy played in the national economy, and put forward a socialist market economy strategy promoting private economic development depending on Chinese characteristics, In this paper, the empirical analysis of the private economy is done on the basis of the theoretical analysis, and then through the empirical analysis of international development of a large private enterprises in Binhai New Area, verify the mode analysis, strategy ,development trend and other related analysis conclusions of the development of Chinese private economy. This research significance lies in JL company as an example to the analysis of the common features and limitations in China's private enterprise, analyze China's private enterprise development situation, practically put forward policy suggestions to promote the development of private enterprise in China's current economic environment.
