Research Of Hull Part Classifing Cutting And Palletizing In Lean Production Of Shipbuilding

As the applying of lean production during the process of establishing modern shipbuilding model, domestic shipbuilding enterprises commonly encounter the hull construction problems of low production capacity, inefficient distribution and difficulty in logistic. With certain equipments in given ratio and layout pattern, the resolution to above-mentioned problems should focus on parts cutting and logistics, applying reasonable task decomposing principle and adopting effective palletizing methods to release equipment capacity and improve accuracy and efficiency of part logistics . With lean production theory, applying similar principles of group technology similarity, combining the analysis of shipbuilding process and characteristics of the hull parts, this article focuses on following aspects:A Parts classifying cutting principle, leading to clearer job assignment, higher degree of specialization and significantly improved efficiency of the cutting device, which meanwhile provides better conditions for the following distribution and logistics.A Parts pallet division principle, which results in more reasonable part tray, reduced the secondary classifying work, clearer pallet flow and greatly improved velocity and accuracy.Classifying cutting principles and palletizing information technology, to make the classifying cutting and palletizing information into data links by coding system of certain software function, and so that to facilitate the transfer, implementation and follow-up management of research results.This article elaborates the principles of hull part classifying cutting and palletizing which meets the requirements of lean production models in shipbuilding and is proved feasibility and superiority in improving the parts production capacity and distribution efficiency.
