Competition between enterprises in the 21st century is essentially a talent competition, in which case, how companies retain talent, motivate people and the right talent evaluation and examination has become the focus of enterprise content management, the importance of pay system management surface. A scientific and standardized, effective enterprise management system can pay for the company to attract outside talent, so that employees play a greater role in working to fully tap its potential to create benefits for enterprises. In this thesis, Shenzhen Advantage Power Limited (abbreviated SZAPL), is taken as an example, and this company's pay system reform and re-design has been researched.Firstly, this thesis integrates the theory and methods of management knowledge related to payment, remuneration system on the status of Ningbo Gretel and the original payment system design and diagnostic analysis system, focusing on analysis of the current pay system of internal equity, external equity and Self fairness. We found by analyzing the Company's existing payment system some problems. These problems for diagnosis, according to the guiding principles of pay system design steps of the design of the company's compensation system for the re-design. Strategic direction that we clear direction and goal of compensation design, design of job evaluation to ensure internal pay equity, payment market survey to ensure that the payment system of external equity. By reducing the pay levels, pay levels and pay structure adjustment of our pay system to determine the adjustment program. In the final part of the payment system, we discuss the organization and implementation of programs of reform programs, as well as system implementation and management of the program should pay attention.
