China's international engineering market is growing rapidly in recent years. With the pace of growth in China, the global competition of international engineering market has become much more intense. The core of competition focuses on not only such traditional factors as capital and technique, but also the talents in the field of international engineering.Having analyzed the characteristics of the international engineering industry, this thesis concludes with the general requirements of international engineering talents, who are interdisciplinary, export-oriented, innovative, and pioneering with patriotic sentiments and international perspectives, and who establish systematic structure of international engineering knowledge and enterprise personnel.Through the analysis of modern HR capital and training theories, this thesis constructs a theoretical model of international engineering talent training, which constitutes a system including demand analysis, goal setting, design proposal and implementation, achievements and effect assessment. This thesis also points out the problems involved in current international engineering trainings, of which the most prominent is the lack of standard training system.This thesis designs a basic system for international engineering talent trainings, the main structure is composed of management system, training system, training evaluation system. Taking XX International Construction and Engineering Corporation as an example, this thesis briefly explains the international engineering talent training system and gives some suggestions concerning the implementation of this system. It is expected that this thesis can be helpful for constructing international engineering talent training system in our country.
