In recent years, many famous international enterprises have emerged the financial scandals.It has raised much attention of academic world to Earnings Quality. In the situation of the marketeconomy, to eradicate Earnings Management is sightless and unrealistic. Only analyzed carefullythe Earnings Quality of Listed Companies, the legal rights of all the stakeholders is protectedeffectively. At the same time, for the manufacturing industry, it is very sensitive to changes incertain similar circumstances, so the factors should be similar index. At first, this article makes aqualitative analysis of the meaning, characteristics and influence factors of Earnings Quality.Then, it combines some sophisticated methods and the characteristics of the domestic stockmarket to select the indicator information associated with Earnings Quality from the publicfinancial statements of domestic listed manufacturing companies as explanatory variables and toselect ROE as explained variable. In the empirical study, it analyzes the comprehensiveevaluation of index for Earnings Quality and explanatory power of index to ROE. At the last, itfilter series of important index influenced Earnings Quality of listed manufacturing companies.
