YiHe Ltd. is specialized in imported equipment trading company acting as the agent products, including chemical, pharmaceutical and food machinery and so on. Company as early as the eighties of the twentieth century in China to seize the opportunities to get involved. With the gradual expansion the company has a place in the market, development of equipment for the industry a well-known agents.With the deepening of domestic reforms and opening up and rapid economic development, competition, the market environment has changed dramatically. Channel reconstruction, you weaken the YiHe Ltd. and other agents, as gradually marginalized status, risk being abandoned by the upstream and downstream supply chain risk. Especially after the financial turmoil, corporate external face shrinking market economy, and weak internal and present management, cost increases, coupled with the implementation of the country's new labor law, the downturn, corporate trouble. All this shows that the company's current strategy is not suited to the company's development, strategic adjustment is imperative.This thesis is to combine YiHe Ltd. imported equipment over the years accumulated experience in agency, faced with intense competition in the industry, the current strategy for the company, analyze the problems encountered in implementation of the strategy and strategic planning deficiencies. Learned in class while the use of strategic management theory of knowledge, made several adjustments the company's strategic recommendations to help companies explore the plight of some of the ways in which companies can maintain sustainable development. Therefore, the topic of the research has practical significance. The author first describes the background and significance of thesis research, as well as ideas and content; and then to agents as the research object, to which the development of specific business groups and described the current situation. Then, "Porter five forces" model and SWOT analysis of the competitive dynamics of the company's industry and company status, its internal and external environment and the advantages and disadvantages have made a detailed analysis; Furthermore, the company hit on the current difficulties, and the existing problems and lack of strategy, a clear need for strategic change of the company, while the company's future development strategy for adjustment of the proposal. Finally, the adjustment of sector strategies to discuss how to further improve the company strategic objectives and strategic management and put forward the feasibility of implementation measures. Hope that the company through strategic planning and adjustment, the use of diversity, differentiation, integration strategies, to improve their competitiveness, and strengthen competitive advantage, enhance service innovation, increasing product range, to seek strategic partners for the value chain, value-added to enhance the company value chain the role and status. While strengthening internal management and strategic execution to resist pressure from all sides and risk out of a crisis of survival, so that enterprises invincible.
