Research On New Rural Construction Plan Of Jiubao Town

China's rapid economic growth has made great achievements in the past thirty years of reform and openness that attracted worldwide attention, and now has initially owned the strength of industry nurturing agriculture and cities supporting rural areas. During the development process of China's industrial economy and urban, the countryside plays an important supporter role. However, the low living standard of the peasants in long-term, the lack of social security measures and urban-rural dual structure seriously impede to the development of well-off society in China. They are not conducive to building a socialist harmonious society, either. Facing the important historical task, the national co-ordinates arrangements and a series of favorable policies have been introduced to actively solve the "three rural" issues, to deepen socialist new countryside construction, to rely on rural development to stimulate domestic demand and maintain fast economic growth and maintain social stability. New rural construction in China at this stage has important practical significance. This paper studies the issue of building a new socialist countryside, takes the development of Jiubao Town for an example, based on the background of our nation making great effects to build a new socialist countryside and the study of new rural construction both abroad and home, on the basis of the theory and practice as well as our own practice.This paper firstly analyzes the development SWOT of the Jiubao Town, then puts forwards proposed development plans for Jiubao Town, including agricultural development plan, industrial development plan, the tertiary industry development plan, infrastructure development plan, social development plan and the legal plan, and draws up detailed proposals of the development of agriculture, industry, tertiary industry, infrastructure and social facilities,findly provides the specific security measures of the new countryside construction of Jiubao Town.
