As China's banking sector to foreign banks to enter the domestic banking market related restrictions are canceled, closed to the outside of the banking sector and the pattern of domestic monopoly has been broken, broad access to large foreign banks in China cross-border banking market in the external business environment and internalmanagement level commercial banks in China has caused tremendous shock.Therefore, how to encourage domestic banks more efficient employees, especially senior management team members, maintain the level of bank performance continued to improve, and in the fierce competition in the market place, now it has become the bank's management must focus on the core issues.EVA-based remuneration of the senior management team incentives to stimulate long-term value creation as the core, to establish a scientific, rational and effective senior management team incentive pay system as the goal, the Bank senior management team salary incentive mechanism linked with bank performance,can effectively avoid the separation of management and ownership to give the "agency cost" problem from occurring, to promote the position of owner operators stand to think and to take countermeasures, and ultimately the interests of the operator and owner of the unification.With the introduction of the EVA long-term incentives to the banks in the top management team incentives can encourage more effective the work of the senior management team enthusiasm, inspire the senior management team of management potential, enhance the senior management team responsible for the bank to reduce itsturnover risk.This article first listed bank in China TMT incentive pay status and influence factors were analyzed; then the EVA Incentive Compensation system, incentive models and accounting adjustments are described matters, 06-09 on the year listed banks in China EVA values are calculated and preliminary analysis; On this basis, obtained by principal component analysis of the performance evaluation of listed banks principal component analysis equation, the effectiveness of this introduction to the EVA analysis, confirmed the listed banks in the evaluation of the performance indicators of the level of EVA was superior to the traditional ROE target, using stepwise multiple regression analysis on China's listed state-owned banks and joint-stock banks listed TMT Incentive Compensation empirical comparative analysis of the model proposed salary incentive model TMT listed banks, selected the four listed banks as a sample for TMT incentive pay data adjusted analysis; Finally, the senior management team listed banks EVA incentive compensation difficult to build and put forward relevant measures and suggestions.
