In the current economic globalization, trade volume between China and the US has breakthrough $350 Billion dollars in 2009, Sino-US trade takes an important position in China's foreign trade. However, Sino-US trade game is become more and more intense with the Sino-US trade development, therefore, the research about Sino-US trade game has important implications. The subject behind trade are mostly enterprise, trade game between enterprises are gradually reflected in the national and government levels. So this article will conduct business strategies up to the contract between countries through trade policy game behavior, and it also analyze Sino-US Trade Game from theory and case aspects with analysis method of the game.
