Technical analysis is to be used by more people, as one of the most useful technical analysis, moving average line is an objective of graphical tool, is used to track trends in market. However, the traditional moving average line does not cotain the information of the volumes, but the volumes plays a very important part in the trend forecast of the price. So this paper argues that a more perfect the moving average line should contain the information of volumes.After a introduction of the fundamental analysis and technical analysis, we begain to analysis the importance of the volume information to the trend forecast. The result of the instance analysis shows that the price fluctuations can't be a trend without the support of the volumes, and the volume information must be considered in the trend forecast. Then in the paper we give the concept of the volume-price moving average line, and creat the model of the volume-price moving average line. Use the Matlab data analysis software analysis the sample stocks, the result shows that compare to the traditional moving average line, the volume-price moving average line is not only more sensitive, but gives the buy or sell signals more earlier, and usually can avoid sending false signals to buy or sell. Then, the paper gives the overview of the golden cross, death cross, support point and resistance point in the volume-price moving average line, and accord to these, give the advise to the operation in the stock market. The studies show that the"Jogepsb Ganvle eight law"also can be used in the new moving average line to forecast the price.This paper successed in using the volume to creat a volume-price moving average line model, it's a successful attempt of the volume and price analysis.
