Analysis Of The Status Quo Of China Construction Industry And Research On Adjustment Countermeasure

2011 is the beginning of the twelfth five-year plan, during the eleventh five-yearplan, the building industry has greatly developed in industrial scale, building capacity,scientific and technical innovation, sustainable construction and so on. Based on thetwelfth five-year plan, there is excellent development environment and opportunities.How to get the good chance and cope with the challenge is the pressing problems ofbuilding construction.By the ending of the eleventh five-year plan, and at the beginning of the twelfthfive-year plan, this thesis looks into the construction industry structure, analyzes the dataand structure by using vertical analysis and horizontal analysis.Vertical analysis based on the time advancement, seeks the development andmodification from three different perspectives. The first one is make statistic analysis ofthe large-scale index and efficiency index of building construction. The second one isusing shift-share method to compare the industry situation of the eleventh five-year planwith the situation of the twelfth five-year plan, compare the situation of each subindustryof building construction. The third one is analyzing the change of marketbarriers of building construction.Horizontal analysis selects international cross section and domestic cross section todo research. The method is using the data of two cross sections to do regression analysis,and comparing these two regression curves in a same coordinate system. After this, thethesis measures and calculates building construction absolute concentration, by contrast,the thesis collects the absolute concentration information of advanced country.Based on the analysis of several different methods and the study of industrial policy,taking national conditions into consideration, this thesis gives adjustment countermeasurein fundamental policy, basic policy and concrete policy.
