The Study On The Circular Economy From The Perspective Of Marx's Material Transformation Theory

Recently, We are facing the dilemma of environment and economic development.To resolve this conflict and achieve harmonious development between man and nature,circular economy came into being. And Marx's material transformation theory haveexplained the relationship, it has an important role in guiding us to establish aharmonious relationship between man and nature in contemporary. Therefore, weshould think about how to construct circular economy by Marx's materialtransformation theory, and explore effective ways of harmonious development betweenman and nature to achieve ecological and economic sustainable development.In this paper, the literature, comparative analysis and interdisciplinary researchmethods has been used to study the issue. First of all, the paper analyzes Marx'smaterial transformation theory. The paper's opinion is that Marx's materialtransformation contains the natural metabolism, the material transformation betweenpeople and nature, and the material transformation of society, and the theory has a highdegree of consistency with material circulation. At the same time, the paper tries toexplain both the reason for the formation of the rift in the material transformation andthe effect made by rift. It explains that the material transformation is disordered,results rift, and affects the material circulation of nature and society as the endlesspursuit of capital and the behavior which violate the laws of the materialtransformation. Secondly, with the analysis of the meaning, principle, characteristicand system of the circular economy it found the relation between circular economy andmaterial transformation that the circular economy is closely related to Marx's materialtransformation theory. Circular economy is one style of economy with valueconversion and resource-saving, and it is an important way to heal the rift. Finally, thepaper proposes strategies to continuously improve China's circular economy. Thepaper considers that we should be guided by Marx's material transformation theory,improve the legal protection of China's circular economy system, incentive mechanismand technical system, optimize the existing industrial structure and increase the intensity of public participation to continuously improve our circular economyconstruction, in order to safeguard the normal order of material transformation, andultimately achieve harmonious development between man and nature.The study of circular economy by material transformation theory is conducive toMarx's material transformation theory of advancing with the times, and it helps topromote the research on circular economy theory. What's more, it helps to awakenpeople's ecological awareness. Nowadays, the study is of essential practical value tobuild a harmonious society.
