Research On The Application Of Mps For Automobile Heat Transfer Aluminum Production

Along with the quick development of Chinese automobile, Chinese auto market already stood the no.1 in the whole world. The related demands of auto components and raw materials increased much as well. Meanwhile, more and more companies are attracted to auto component industrial, which increased the competition sharply. As one of the key raw material in automobile, the competition of aluminum became more and more furious.Much of Al coils are used for heat transfer in auto industrial. Master production schedule(MPS) is the key point to connect market demand with internal production, which is very important for the level of competition. Based on the theory of production plan and control, this article provide the optimization on the company. Raising the issues and proposals as following steps: 1) Perform the research and analysis for the actuality of both enterprise resource planning and production management at home and abroad. 2) Analyze and optimize the rough cut capacity planning based on different product mix and multi-routines selection. 3) Based on traditional forecast models, come up with optimized forecast model on demand forecast. 4) Establish the MPS for heat transfer Al production and inventory control analysis.Based on above research and application, optimized key points of MPS procedure to well meet market demand and improve operation level and finally enhance the competition.
