Shenzhen Jasper Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to Jasper company) is located in Shenzhen, engaged in purchasing, selling consumer electronics products, foreign trade company. Founded in 2008, its integrate strength in the same industry in Shenzhen is lower level, in Shenzhen, there are about more than 5,800 small and medium consumer electronics trade companies. The company's overall strategic goal is to become the consumer electronics industry's leading foreign trade enterprises. To be able to compete in the increasingly fierce environment of the survival and further development and growth, study on Products Choosing and Market Mix Strategy of Jasper Company.This article first discusses the background of this topic, purpose and meaning, and then introduce the relevant domestic and international overview of the theory and the research method and research content, followed by discussion from the general situation of China's foreign trade sector to Shenzhen's foreign trade sector, especially consumer Electronics foreign trade in general, introduced the company's status and Jasper existing problems, then the corresponding theory, Japer company intends to operate the product of choice, and put forward specific options, the selection out of product market analysis and market positioning, and 4PS theory based on the corresponding product marketing strategy making tablet pc as the sample, and then Jasper company intends to vigorously car dvr operated and Tablet PC as an example of Jasper's vendor selection for a specific analyzed and presented concrete proposals for supplier selection.We conclude that currently available in the Jasper business product categories, Jasper company should maintain the cell phone and computer repair parts of the business, vigorously carry out car dvr and tablet PC business development, and take the mobile phone business as the supported field, car dvr supplier C and D should be chosen as Jasper's leading supplier of car dvr. Tablet PC supplier should choose B and D as Jasper's major supplier and actively put out the corresponding marketing mix strategy.
