In recent years, voluminous newspapers and books on the introduction of tax law and planning of tax are published in domestic. However, considerable amount of these publication were not good enough in the close combination between theory and actual tax administration of enterprises. Actually, in the enterprise management practice, financial management are given more emphasis by many financial staff. While the tax administration, which show the same importance as corporate financial management, are not concerned with corresponding emphasis degree. According to the work experience in finance and taxation for nearly a decade and the theoretical knowledge on tax in recent years, management ideas and methods of tax in real estate enterprises are investigated as the theme. Additionally, more comprehensive analysis and research are presented in this paper, hoping to give certain help to the counterparts who engaged in tax administration of real estate business for long-term.This paper shows the characteristics as concise and concrete matters. It starts with the methods and measures in improving and optimizing the tax administration in real estate enterprises. The three aspects of main contents, ideas, and methods of tax administration in real estate enterprises are mainly elaborated by the combination of the actual situation of tax administration in real estate enterprises of our country. Finally, the management ideas and methods stated previously, are described further by several typical cases of tax administration practice. The ideas and methods related to the practical operation of tax administration in real estate enterprises are paid more attention, and some knowledge about the analysis of tax category and the specific applications of tax laws and regulations are not given deeply study.The modern management concepts such as standardization of finance and tax management, meticulous of tax management, and enterprise management in actual combat are advocated in this paper from the perspective of strengthening practical operation of enterprises, through the study of concrete ideas and methods of tax management the real estate business. In addition, some effective specific management methods and related management experience in tax management practice are suggested to exchange and study for financial counterparts. Based on the studies on management methods of corporate tax as a common financial management staff, I hope to call for more peer to study the issue that the internal tax management how can get better management.
