Internal control, the first field as the basic theory of financial and material production,is widely used by enterprises, and in the application process, the gradual development of a rich and mature to the level of internal management control theory sense.In the global competition, has its own system of internal control theory, can effectively help companies control costs, improve management, improve labor productivity, enable enterprises to achieve maximum profits.Regrettably, as an important part of scientific management theory,it can play a role in the internal control of the main front,but was confined to the production industry people unconscious. In a technical support, social services as the main feature of the non-profit organizations, but there's no lots of chances to see the application of the theory of internal control. With the increasing pace of economic reform in China, non-profit organizations are springing into being. This objective requires management to scientific researchers should be concerned about the development of non-profit organizations. Although not in the traditional sense because they are on the production site, but they must meet the requirements of industrial transformation, from manufacturing to services provided by the conversion.
