In order to supply good service to customers, introducting mobile communications into the metro ,not only has great economing profit ,but also contribute to the society. This article contains the comprehensive analysis of the problem by using project management theories and systems analysis methods.On the basic of the analysis on the mobile commmunications construction modle, Tianjin government authorizes to Tianjin CICG to develop,operate and manage the metro, and the Crop. has the authority .By analysing the investment and operation mode, it conclude the construction and operation plan of Tianjin metro's mobile communications.Based on mobile communications project design and the quantity of the user , this article analyses the transmission,the station distribution and the antenna system design .Accoring to the requiement of mobile communications equipment, it also analysis the equipment, POI and electaicity project and design of the equipment installation.In terms of the project economy evaluation principle, the article analyses the financial profit,citizen economic efficiency and uncertainty of the Tianjin metro . Accoring to the result of calculation of the economic rational,it turns out to be practical and reasonable. Based on the analysis of beijing, shanghai and tianjin's experience,in introducing mobile communications project, the author concludes the mentro corporations of different provinces,should cooperate with mobile communications construction. |
