The Research Of Complementarity And Competitiveness Of Industry Between Xinjiang Of China And Kazakhstan

Since the reforming and opening up policy starts, along with the fast eonomic development of Xinjiang of China, plus the increasing degree of the opening to the outside world of Xinjiang, Xinjiang and surrounding countries' economic business partnerships has strengthened day by day. Especially the western grand development policy's implementation as well as the Party's Central Committee science's formulation of"twelfth five year plan"has a very vital significanc in the process of advancing the steady development of Xinjiang economy and promoting the characteristic economy of Xinjiang in a time when the continuous seizure and proper use of the development opportunity is consistently emphasized.Kazakhstan, which having a unique position where it shares the common border, and the same cultural context with Xinjiang-so to speak, having a close relations , and thanks to the industrial domain's strong complementarity and so on, has become the China Xinjiang's biggest trade partner. In order to realize the leap frog development, bridge the gap betwen Chinese coastal areas, Xinjiang needs to depend on it's comparative advantage, and thus taking the export-oriented path by advancing the frontier areas'commerce inevitably became the necessary choice for the economic development of Xinjiang.Since the new century , high-level leadership exchange visits between China and the Kazakhstan are inceasing, and it has provided a good political context for both side's regional economic cooperation. The China Xinjiang and Kazakhstan adjoins, many interstate nationalities have the historic intimacy,, has the good resources environment and the top level trade operations platform. As to the present economic situations of five Central Asian countries, the China Xinjiang and Kazakhstan's trade relations also occupy a very important position for a long time later, the bilateral regional economic cooperation is a strategic choice in the process of the Xinjiang economy's moving toward the 21st century. The regional economic cooperation between Xinjiang and the Kazakhstan is a process in which both sides cooperate in the course of competition ,compete in the process of cooperation, regardless of whether from the point of economic competition or mutual complements of the economy, a comprehensive analysis of the comparative advantages of various industries between china xinjiang and Kazakhstan is supposed to be conducted .In order to identify the competitive advantages of the three industries between China Xinjiang and Kazakhstan and the supplementary relations between both sides in the industrial domain, this article embarks from the regional economic cooperation elementary theory and the general international trade theory, based on the bilateral 1990-2009 year succession data, using cooperative method ,developmental dynamic measurement analyses and examination, Grainger causes and effects examination model as well as VAR measurement model, Then chosing the entire productivity of social labor, the labor cost of unit production,trade dependency between the Chinese Xinjiang and the Kazakhstan, present situation of the industry has been analyzed on the basis of comparative analysis, and then the current bilateral trade relations will be has discussed, the existent problms will be summarized, the cooperative prospects will be predicted . finally suggestions about how to promote the industry and trade cooperations between the Xinjiang of China and the Kazakhstan will be offered.
