Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the global economy, mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge has become the core competitiveness of main factors in organization. Joint-stock banks in China is knowledge-intensive service industry organization, the implementation of effective knowledge management is very important to their role and significance. The content of knowledge management include knowledge acquisition, transfer, application and innovation, knowledge transfer is an important part of knowledge management.This study from the perspective of the individual level, the main purpose is to explore the joint-stock bank's internal staff of the main factors of knowledge transfer and staff performance indicators for knowledge transfer and to study the relationship between the two. In a large number of knowledge management and knowledge transfer to read the relevant literature, the sum of knowledge of the concept, classification, characteristics, knowledge transfer factors and the status of knowledge management in banks; concluded on the basis of the theory, put forward the internal staff of joint-stock banks knowledge transfer performance of the three major factors: Knowledge, the relationship between subjects and their transfer, the transfer situation, a total of eleven factors indicators; On this basis, build a joint-stock bank's internal staff of the influencing factors of knowledge transfer system and conceptual model, and proposes a hypothesis; design the questionnaire to staff in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank of Jiangxi, the use of SPSS statistical software, data and questionnaire results were analyzed. Empirical results based on the theoretical model and the proposed amendments to the hypothesis, draw final conclusions. And on this basis, combined with the specific circumstances of joint-stock banks, proposed to promote internal staff knowledge transfer strategies for the implementation of knowledge management within the joint-stock banks to provide some theoretical guidance.
