With the development and application of the Internet, online reviews haveincreasingly become an important basis for consumer decision-making.In all fieldsof online reviews, travel has the most of prospects and development potential.Online reviews may be influent the efficiency and effectiveness of consumerdecision making because of its large quantity and quality varies greatly.How to helpconsumers find the reviews which has the most value and can help consumer tomake decisions effectivly from massive information is a pressing problem.Many website has the vote of review usefulness consumer perspect.However,this method to judge the usefulness of review has many drawbacks.So,thispaper studys how to help consumers find useful reviews quickly and effectively ,tofind the text attributes could effect the usefulness of travel online views.In this paper,we use the methods of empirical research and text analysis.Atfirst,we crawl the travel online reviews on yahoo website, randomly select 600reviews texts as a test sample, combined with consumer behavior theory andpreviors research results,we propose ten assumptions could effect the usefulness oftravel online review.Then we use the method of manual scoring rates to get thevalues of text attributes,use the method of regression analysis to find out the factorsof text usefulness.Finally,use the model to classify the other samples and assess theaccuracy of the model.This paper can enrich the online reviews user perception theory,the theory oftravel online reviews,to help consumers find useful reviews effectively andqulckly,to help bussiness improve the quality of quality of tourism services andthird–party website solve practical problems.It can promote the development oftravel and website field.
