The Study On The Rural Land System To The Transformation Of The Dual Economic Structure

The dual-economic structure is a notable feature in the process of our country's economic development. Meanwhile,This notable feature has been become a big barrier to improve our country's socialistic marketing economical system and the comprehensive construction of well-off society. hence,explore how to change urban-rural dual economic structure and find a way to realize the integration of urban and rural economic development gradually has become a major theoretical and practical problem concern for us. Since China has been implemented the household contract responsibility system,it's Rural land system has been changed constantly,and this system has been played an important role for the economic development of our country. The main purpose and content of this research include: whether and how the rural land system in China influences the transformation of the dual economic structure. And then,how to perfect,innovation of this rural land system to promote the transformation of the dual economic structure. Based on this,The paper is divided into seven chapters,as follows:Chapter I: Put forward the purpose and significance of this research based on analyzes the background of this study. Then,summarize the related domestic and foreign research and state the thinking and method of this paper. Finally,propose the possible innovations of this paper.Chapter II: Induce and sum up the concept,related theory and content about the Rural land system and Dual economy,build the basic theory frameworks for this paper.Chapter III: First,introduce the contents of the current rural land system, and analyzes their shortcomings. Second,establish the dual economics related coefficient to estimate the trends of evolution of our dual economic structure,which was showed moderating trend in the early 80s,but the overall showed strengthening. Finally,it describes the internal mechanism that the rural land system affects the dual economic structure,which is that the rural land system affects the dual economic structure transformation by affecting agricultural productivity,agricultural labor migration,and the income of farmers.Chapter IV: Describes the rural land system to the transformation of dual economic structure from the perspective of agricultural productivity. Analysis the defects of the rural land system,such as the unclear property rights,the instability of the operating rights and so on, is not conducive to the improvement of agricultural productivity,thus impeding the transformation of China's dual economic structure.Chapter V: Describes the rural land system affecting the transformation of dual economic structure from the perspective of the rural labor transfer. it deem that the defects of the rural land system,such as average distribution,confusion between ownership of agricultural land, the unclear property rights,which is not conducive to the transformation of the rural labor and then the dual economic structure.Chapter VI: Describes the rural land system affecting the transformation of dual economic structure from the perspective of income of the farmers. Indicates that the incomplete income right agricultural income hindering the improvement of income of the farmers,and the defects of Circulation system of rural land,such as the high transaction costs,decentralized form of land transfer,failed transfer pricing mechanism,hindered the improvement of income of the farmers,and thus the transformation of China's dual economic structure.Chapter VII: According to the above analysis results,Put forward the target and fundamental principle for the innovation of the rural land system under the orientation of dual economic transformation.Then,propose some political advice to innovate the rural land system.
