Subject-object Interaction Behavior In Rural Tourism Empirical Research

With the development of economy and agriculture industry, the living condition in the country and the income of townsman advances. Therefore, rural tourism becomes popular in the cities and at the same time attracts the attention of many scholars both home and abroad. In rural tourism activities, both the interest of he hosts and the visitors should be taken good care of. And a good model of development should be built. This paper analyses the formation of the willing of the intercourse between the hosts and the visitors, the process and the model of the intercourse, and the effect of the intercourse between the hosts and the visitors. In the end, this paper finds out the measures of sustainable development of the relationship between hosts and the visitors and rural tourism. And it will enrichment the visual angle and the extension of the issue above.The article is divided into five chapters:Chapter One introduces the research backgrounds and its significance, the research contents and methods, as well as the research thread and innovation, and this chapter also reviews the research on the host-visitor intercourse in rural tourism activities both home and abroad. Chapter two defines the host-visitor intercourse, rural tourism and theory concerned. Chapter Three analyses the influencing factors of the willing of host-visitor intercourse, the process and the models of the intercourse, and constructed a index model for the effect of the intercourse between the hosts and the visitors in rural tourism activities. Chapter Four introduces the overview of Jiangxinzhou, and detailedly analyses the issues put forward above in Chapter Three, and gives some suggestions about promoting the host-visitor intercourse. The last chapter undergoes summary and discussion of the major research results, limitation for research and advances the direction of future research.The thesis emphasized that exploring the rules of the host-visitor intercourse in rural tourism activities helps the building of reasonable model for the sustainable development of rural tourism. This paper opens out the rules of the host-visitor intercourse in rural tourism activities and enriches the theory system of the study in this filed by analysing the formation of the willing of the intercourse between the hosts and the visitors, the process and the model of the intercourse, and the effect of the intercourse between the hosts and the visitors in Jiangxinzhou. It tries to found out the harmonizing model between the hosts and the visitors. And in the end promotes the sustainable development of rural tourism.
