Financial development for the economic growth is especially import, As a new perspective of financial research, financial ecological impact on the role of regional economic growth also can not be overlooked. Good financial ecology will nurture healthy and vibrant financial system, promote financial market to fully play to resource allocation, reduce transaction costs, raise the level of economic development; Conversely, a bad financial ecology is bound to hinder the healthy development of the financial system, thereby affecting the healthy development of the local economy. Therefore,with the deepening of China's financial reform,the financial ecology of action studies,and revealing the regional financial ecological conditions and its effect on economic growth,have an important practical significance in financial ecology development and regional economic growth.This paper is based on the basic theory of financial development and economic growth,and makes the study around the financial ecology system.First,it makes the constuction of the financial ecology system theory,analyzes the characteristics of the financial ecology,the content,the evaluation methods,describes the interaction mechanism of financial development and economic growth: capital accumulation mechanism,capital-oriented mechanisms,technological progress , and industrial upgrading mechanism;Secondly,it gives an analysis on the Hunan Province's finacial ecology development status from the vertical and horizontal comparison,and establishes a time series model on the description of the situation,and then makes an empirical test to the factors of the finacial ecology in economic development of Hunan Province,afterwards probes into the influence of the finacial ecology on the regional economic growth;Finally, to optimize the financial ecology, achieve financial security and stability,and promoting regional economic growth,it puts forward the policy and recommendations to improve the main financial system, optimize the financial ecological environment and regulate the balance of financial.
