The Research On Performance Of FDI Based On DEA In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening policy in 1978,foreign direct investment has played a excellent positive role to improve economic development in Anhui province. FDI has given some economical effects,including capital,bring about new technological skills and management experiences and so on; At the same time,FDI has also played some negative effects on the economic development,we need to give some research on the performance of foreign direct investment in Anhui province.This paper gives introduction about FDI in Anhui province,especially introducing the progress of FDI and its specialty,and takes some research on the performance of FDI improving economic development in positive and negative effects. The paper also introduces the DEA methods and takes DEA methods to do the research on the performance of foreign direct investment.At present, there are some scholars taking different ways to research the effects of foreign direct investment. This paper takes DEA methods to do the research on the performance of foreign direct investment,and makes practical analysis on the FDI from the year 1995 to 2009 based on C2R model in Anhui province,and gives some suggestion about the rational development of FDI in future.
