Research On The Ability Of Stock Recommendation Of Security Analyst In China

The importance of Security Analyst to the healthy development of stock market is self-evident. Security Analysts are new born things in China capital market. Although their history in China is more than10 years, they become mature to be a main information processing entity only in the past 8 years. Along with the rapid development of domestic stock market, the quantity of the analyst climbs year by year, and become a key role for information transmission in China security market. But the speaker of Chinese Securities Supervisory Association once said, the overall quality of Security Analyst is low, and in this way we can say that there is no real Security Analyst in china.On the other hand, how to assess the real performance of the Chinese Security Analyst, especially in the theory, is what we need. In the practice, except the New Wealth which issue the best analyst based on the grades scored by the fund company, there is no other accepted method to assess the performance of Security Analyst, Even though the method used by the New Wealth has suffered extensive criticism for its subjectivity. And the study on security analysts in China is few, and not systematic. So, launching systematic theoretical study on security analysts in China is very important.At the beginning of the research, we take a retrospection of the performance accessing theory for Security Analyst and the research on stock recommending value of Security Analyst, then we have a pectination of the job and the development of the Security Analyst, after that we propose an method to access the performance of Security Analyst based on the theory of BSC. This paper consists of five chapters. major contents of each chapter are outlined as follows:Chapter one is the introduction, which briefly introduces several items relevant to this research:background, issues, content summary, and contributions.Chapter two is the theory review. This chapter gives a retrospection of the performance accessing theory for Security Analyst and the research on stock recommending value of the Security Analyst in China.Chapter three describes the job and the development of the Security Analyst industry of China, after that we propose an method to access the performance of Security Analyst use the theory of BSC for reference.Chapter four, in this part, we give an example of case to validate our new method of accessing the performance of Security.Chapter sums up the research findings of this paper, reports the lessons we learn, the caveats about this researchs.
