Nowadays electronics companies hope to achieve greater development in highly competitive markets, they should take service level as competition means. Because the level of service has become an important competitive factor for the companies develop. However, the inventory management of repair parts is the protection for the service level, so the study on the inventory management and control is particularly important to companies.In this paper, firstly, we describe the background of PEGA company inventory management, sum up the current research and development trend for the inventory management and improvement in domestic and foreign country, and then point out the main research contents and methods. Then make a detail description about inventory management theory and fuzzy maths theory for the follow-up study on the improvement methods of inventory management. Secondly further analysis the inventory management status of PEGA company's repair parts, then find out the limitations about the ABC classification and breakwater theory. Company uses the traditional ABC classification method for raw parts classified management, and makes the difference inventory control strategy by breakwater theory. Last but not ate least, due the limitation, we take the occupy the amount of inventory, service satisfaction of raw parts and the availability of raw parts as the indices of performance evaluation, established the more comprehensive evaluation system of classified management. We take fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively study on the parts classified evaluation. And then use multi-period stochastic inventory model to quantitatively study on the quantitative and periodic inventory control of classified raw parts.By the comparing improved method with the company's method and the analysis of examples, the results show the advantages and feasibility of improved inventory management, as well as promote the satisfaction rate of repair raw parts, and reduce the inventory turnover days. Finally, we take the recommendations for effectively implement the improved inventory management, to promote the company's service level and increase competitiveness of industry, resulting in enormous social and economic benefits.
