The salary strategy unifies the enterprise strategy goal, the culture, the external environment organically, and formulates the guiding principle to the salary management. Only the dynamic salary strategy which can makes the dynamic alignment along with the enterprise different development phase characteristic and the business strategy. The salary strategy only unifies effectively with each kind of factor and it can become enterprise's core competencies truly, and help enterprise has the superiority in the keen competition.This article based on the enterprise life cycle and the salary and the achievements relevant, and takes the salary strategy as the object of study. And take how make the salary strategy match the enterprise life cycle different development phase as the research subject. This article has discussed the relevant of enterprise salary and the achievements in the enterprise development different period, and designs the salary strategy that suits the enterprise different life cycle stage. It has the important research value and the practical significance.First this article has carried on the brief commentary of the enterprise life cycle, the enterprise achievements and the salary strategy research present situation about domestic and foreign, and then has drawn out this article research subject. Next in foundation of combed the theoretical knowledge of the salary strategy, the achievements, we determined analysis method. And we chose 40 listed companies as the sample enterprise, and chose the independent variable, and the dependent variable. Proposed the research supposition the enterprise salary and the enterprise achievements had the correlation dependence and established the regression model. After analysis different characteristic in these four time of enterprise, it refined Age, GRA,RPC,ROS,OPE,CR,ROE as the distinction essential factor. And then, this article utilized the principal components analytic method to carry on the life cycle division to the sample enterprise, and studied enterprise salary and the achievements relevance in different enterprise development stages. Finally this article designed the salary strategy that match the enterprise life cycle different development phase and realized enterprise's fine achievements from the salary decision rule and the salary structure two aspects.
